Dear Residents of Watertown,

I am a candidate for Councilor at Large and I am asking for your vote on November 3rd, 2009. I have decided to run again for this position to fulfill a promise of representing and addressing the many issues we face as residents in these tough economic times.

As I have said before, “government is only as strong as those who participate in it!”. I am the candidate that will represent “you” the tax payer, renter, new resident and/or life long resident fairly and justly. The economic times have changed and residents are demanding that their tax dollars a. re spent wisely. I feel I will be able to bring a voice that will say “NO” to wasted spending and “YES” to effectively improving services to our community.

The word “community” should be and is the driving force that makes Watertown so special. My life experiences as a parent, homeowner, business owner, community activist and former Town Councilor have shown me the true meaning of “community”.

I have an extreme commitment to keep “community” in the forefront for Watertown residents. The year 2010 calls for continued change and a drastic improvement of controlling the use, and eliminating any waste, of your hard earned tax dollars. As a Councilor I will work hard and effectively in Town Hall representing “you”, the “community of Watertown.”
